Milford High junior Morgan Andrews is a truly special player on the soccer field. In addition to winning the NH Gatorade Player of the Year last year as a sophomore, Andrews has been playing for the U.S. National team for her age group for 3 years now and hopes to one day play for the U.S. women's World Cup and Olympic teams. Also during her sophomore year she committed to play for Boston College, which has one of the top women's soccer programs in the entire country. Andrews is the #2 ranked player in the country for the Class of 2013 according to topdrawersoccer.com.
On Saturday afternoon the NH Notebook went to Milford High to interview Andrews. We talked with her about her success on the soccer field, and then she had a chance to show off some of soccer moves by going 1-on-1 with yours truly.
We congratulate Morgan on all of her success so far, and wish her the best of luck in the future!
